SO GREEN

Green Projects

->Read

The first thing that comes to my mind by knowing the title of the article “Green Projects” by Dave Nielsen is all about environment friendly projects. I never fail to guess what article is all about. It is all about green projects that help to reduce air pollution, reduce fossil fuel consumption, saves energy and any other positive effects on the environment. As what have mentioned on the article entitled “Green Projects”, it helped company to reduce their budgets. It improves the company itself as well as in making our environment safe. The solar farm projects are also attractive to the solar companies. I said so because they reduced dependency on electricity generated by plants and they also have the ability to earn large amount of profit. Solar company will set the transmission lines in order to set up all the materials needed on a certain solar farms. Unfortunately, there are government policies that would put restrictions on where solar farms could be developing solar farms. They don’t believe that there is 1, 2, or 3. Anyway, the Canadian Solar Industries Association is fighting the policy and they believed that using the farms for solar use will be harmless for fertilizing the farmland. Instead, solar farms will help to avoid soil erosion because of the materials needed in setting up the panels. It also helps the soil to be fertile.

Solar farms helped not just for the sake of the farmers but everybody. On this article, there was a farmer interviewed by a reporter. He answered that some crops really consumed lots of fossil fuels to produce electricity that might lead to pollute the air. With the help of the solar farms, it reduces the consumption of the fossil fuels because the power needed would go directly on the grid and the source of the energy is from the sun. So it is really better to replace the farms with a solar farm.

I agreed of what the article have mentioned and I quote “The higher the public profile of project, the greater the number of public interest groups that will take an interest on the outcome”. In this kind of matters, many people will agree with this green project they use to call. They will be easily got to know the purpose of it. They will understand that this kind of project helps the environment to avoid pollutions and especially to save the energy. It also increases the productivity of a certain crops and helps the farmers to save their time and efforts.

This article is not only focusing in environment, it also tackled about project management. As a project manager, they keep thinking great ideas like having projects to tame some companies and also to get attached with the people on the community. They wanted to be known not just simple project stakeholders but also to be known in serving the community and they want to contribute some good benefits in the industry and in the environment. If all farms used solar, then they can now produced lots of crops and they can help the earth as well.

What are the lessons that you learned after reading the commencement address of Steve Jobs?

In the first place, I really don't like the attitude of Mr. Steve Jobs (as what he have shown on the movie entitled "Pirates of the Silicon Valley"). But when I read the commencement address of Steve Jobs, I realized his true characteristics and his beliefs in life.

In his commencement address, he mentioned three stories of his life and the first story was about "connecting the dots". We really cannot connect the dots looking forward, instead we connect them through looking backwards. Everything that is happening in our present has a purposes indeed. We don't mind of what we are doing today but as days grow older, we realized the worth of it. His first story also tackled about trusting in everything you do. I should not be afraid of facing trials in life.

His second story was about love and loss.

Steve Jobs had a strong determination. Despite of all failures, he never gave up. Instead of blaming himself for being fired of his own company, he continued in doing things that he really loved. He started his own company again which led him to be back in Apple. His second story really inspired me. I learned that I have got find what I truly love and if I don't found it yet? Keep looking, don't give up!

"Don't count on what you lost. Instead cherish what you have and plan what to gain.
The past never returns but the future may fulfill the loss."

His third story was about death.

"If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?”

That was the line that made me realized again that life is not permanent. As a human living, I should cherish all the moments together with my friends and family. Life is too short. Our time is limited and don't waste our time just to sleep. I must live in my dreams now and I should do all the things as long as I'm alive.

I learned a lot of things by reading the commencement address of Steve Jobs. I don't know Jobs totally, but I knew him as a determining person who had a brave heart and he really inspired me through his stories.

⅄Ɯ ƎSOԀɹ∩Ԁ uI ǝℲI⅂

We cannot say that we are useless because we all have purposes in life. We are not just born in this cruel world to do foolishness but to do our purposes. Only ourselves could know or discover the reasons of our existence.

In the 18 years of existence, I discovered my purposes of living in this world. As an older sister in the family, I know my responsibilities like helping them in terms of financial needs. My parents strives hard for us to sustain all our needs. Therefore, my purpose for now is to finished my studies (no matter what happen) so that I can help my parents in sustaining their studies of my siblings as well as the needs of our family. I study hard not only for myself but also for my family. I want to pay all the hardworks that my parents have made. I want to have a happy and wealthy life.

Here are some of my simple purposes in life (LOL).

First, is to make other people happy. I will make them happy in my own simple ways. All I ever wanted is to see a happy and smiling face. If they are happy, then I am happy also for their happiness (LOL).

My other purpose is to be happy. Everybody wants happiness. So KEEP LAUGHING, KEEP SMILING and KEEP SHINING.

I was born to love. I love everything that I am having right now. I love my family, friends and even to my enemies. Unconsciously, because of love that I felt for them? They become my strength in facing trials in life. So LOVE LOVE LOVE!

If I was born to love, then I was also born to be loved. I was very happy of having people around my world. Some of them went away while others return. I thank all the people who love me truly. * smiles *

I am here to appreciate all the things that God has been created. I appreciate all the love, efforts and cares of my family, friends etc. I appreciate even the simplest things that I have seen in this world because I know every creature that we have seen has purposes in this world as me.

Insights on Personal Traits Test

Every people living in this world have unique personalities. We are also unique in our own different ways. Each of us have different personal traits, attitudes, hobbies, likes and dislikes. We really cannot please everybody. I believed in the saying that “We are unique and yet fundamentally equal.” Rich or poor, fat or thin, young or adult? We are still equal in the eyes of God. We cannot also say that we are useless, we have a purpose in this world and that is why we are born. We are also born to love and to be loved.

On August 8, 2010, our instructor in Technopreneurship tackled about his lessons. After that, he showed to us some questionnaires regarding about personal traits. Most of the questions tackled about the certain situation and it was related to the subject Technopreneurship. The questions also helped me to realize how to make own decisions and gave me ideas of what I suppose to do whenever I get involved in those kind of situations. I answered the personal traits test (or personality test) very honestly and avoiding not to assumed myself into someone else. As what I have remembered, the choices that I mostly chose were I was happy if my friends were around, I was dependent on others decision sometimes, I am not a perfectionist and I accept opinions from others. After answering all those choices (A & B) our instructor told us to calculate it by giving us the corresponding number of what we have chosen. I got total of 35 points which interpretes that I am in neutral which mean that sometimes I possess some of the technopreneur traits or maybe being a technopreneur is not on my line.

Before I explain the reason why I got 35 totals of points in the personal traits test where also technopreneurship was involved. Allow me to reminisce some of my traits so that the reader like you will understand or if you agree with the results that I have got.
When I was in grade school, I considered myself as the quietest person in the whole world (LOL! This is the way I think, so exaggerated). I always find myself sittng at the corner of the room, alone. When my classmates talked to me, I responded less with a very small voice. I have friends but I don’t have a close friend. I always keep my secret alone and I don’t share problems or secrets to anybody even to my family. In our home, I don’t have friends in our neighborhood. Maybe, I was contented of having my brothers and sisters as my playmates. The other reason is my parents did not allow me to play outside; they wanted me to sleep and just study. Despite of these, I enjoyed my childhood because after school I always played with my classmates and sometimes I ran with them through the rain way back to our respective homes. As I grew up, I can say that I have friends but when I was in high school (2nd year to be exact), I realized that they were just few. I found myself crying and felt that I was boring. Afterwards, I said to myself that I must gain friends and I don’t care if they are not true to me but at least I can say that I have lot of friends. Since then, I have tried to become a humorous person. I always made people laugh with my stupid jokes and actions. They enjoyed being with me and I enjoyed to make other people happy. Some of my friends said that I have changed a lot. They were shocked knowing the other side of Lovable Lalaine Fabela. They never imagined that I could be just like this. A simple girl who can make a thousand ways to make other people smile. In terms of friendship, I can say that I am a kind of person that you can lean on anytime you need me. My friends always shared their problems to me but I never shared my own. I am also a kind of girl who is secretive and sometimes mysterious. In short, I am not showing my true feelings and I am not expressive. The real thing is, I am still a shy-type girl who had difficulty in mingling other people especially to those people who are new to me. I am not the one who talks first to them. I am not saying that am ignoring them or I was kind of snob, well I think that “this is the real me”, possessing intrapersonal type of personality and I hate it. But once a person came into my life? They will know the real or the other side of me. I hope they will never be regretful in knowing me and they will accept me for who I am.
To all jokes I’ve been shown and to all of their problems that I’ve been listened, I can still describe myself as a boring one. Yes! I am boring! Sometimes, some people find me not so interesting. I always pity on myself and that is why I am lacking of self confidence. I don’t even trust my skills and abilities. I am so weak in all things.

By sharing my experiences, you already know some of my personal traits. I realized also my strengths and weaknesses. I can say that some of my traits were good but there’s some that I must change for my self improvement.

Let’s go back with the results of my personal traits test. By knowing the results on that time, I have made a lot of realizations. I realized that I failed to chose of what I am supposed to answer in order to let myself in or to reach the entrepreneur level (range from 37-48) on the said interpretation of results. I am not saying that I felt full of regrets in getting only 35 total of points. Actually, I thank the personal traits test as well as my instructor for awakening me to see or to discover the personal traits of being a good technopreneur. Maybe I am not good into it but these personal traits test can be used as my guide in renewing myself to become a frustrated technopreneur. Frustrated? I said so because for now, I am trying and insisting myself that I must learn to love technopreneurship though I don’t like business and also for me to have a better future. (If ever I don’t get job after graduation as an IT graduate then I will own a company someday!)

Taking this kind of test helped me to transform myself in someone else; someone who possesses the entrepreneurial traits. I must learned to become a positive thinker. I know in myself that the only words that came first from my mouth is all positive but before the words have finally spoken, I always think all the things first negatively. Telling possible things helped me to strengthen my faith in getting something I want to have or to happen but sometimes, I can stop myself to become pessimistic. Maybe I have a weak soul or I don’t trust myself. From now on, I promise to myself to become optimistic for me to have positive outcomes in life. I must believe of what I am doing and whatever obstacles & trials I need to pass. I know everything’s gonna be alright at the end. Being a positive thinker helps a certain person to become strong which lead him or her to become successful in their own perspective lives. This trait plays a vital role of being a good technopreneur. Technopreneur must have this kind of personal trait. If a certain technopreneur is an optimistic? Well, no doubts if his or her company will be very successful. The other trait that I want to have is to become responsible to my works. Before, I was kind of irresponsible in doing my works. Some of my works done after on the said deadline. I am lazy in doing things that I need to do. I hate it and I want to change this bad habit. How can I become a good technopreneur if I am lay and irresponsible? Anyway, I have changed a lot and I am matured now unlike before. Now, I am responsible in making important things on time and I manage my time very wisely.. I work my tasks properly with my passion. I did all my assignments or tasks in school very quickly. If ever I finished all of it early, I have time to myself in taking some rest and to be ready for the coming tasks for the next days. I have changed but honestly, I always still come late in going to school. And I know I still have the chance to change that habit which is the tardiness. The next trait that I want to have is to become independent. Being an independent person is you have your own decision and you do not depend on other people. You have your own mind and of course you are confident that you are right of every decision that you are making. You can work without the help of other people. But of course, being independent is not like that they do not depend on themselves at all time. They need also some opinions from others where it can help in making a right decision. Being independent is good, knowing that you can stand alone. It shows the braveness, courageness and I can say that being independent is a responsible person. As today, I am still depending on others because I was afraid in making decisions because I don’t trust myself. I seek help sometimes to my friends for me to accomplished difficult tasks. The trait that I like most is having a sense of humor. I can say that I am a humored person in different way. I can easily make people laugh with my simple jokes. I find difficult to make other person to get attached with me quickly. Usually, they find me a very serious person though I am not that kind of girl. (I’m just serious at the right place and at the right time.) But I am not saying that I am always joking around. This kind of trait can help yourself to improve your socialization to others. If you have a sense of humor? Then you can gain lots of friend. In terms of business, having a sense of humor can also help you to improve your communication skills especially in taming your clients. The clients will be convinced by your charisma and of course! Through them you can easily earned a lot of money. Speaking of money? We cannot start up a business if you don’t have money. When I was young ‘til now, my dream is to become a rich woman someday. Then other says, if you want to be rich or if you want the money to work alone with you? Then make yourself as a entrepreneur. But how can I become a entrepreneur if I don’t have a capital? LOL, it sounds ridiculous. Anyway, never mind this one.

In the personal traits test, once again I only got 35 totals of points which mean that I am in neutral level and it was below of becoming an entrepreneur. Maybe I don’t have the skills and I cannot say that I can easily possess all the character traits of being a technopreneur for a short period of time but I am hoping that someday, somehow I can be a good technopreneur. I know that it was not easy to get yourself involved in the business. It is not easy to become an effective leader to a company that you have dreamed of. But if you have the courage or will to make your dreams come true, it is possible to reach it and just believe in yourself. I also still believe that nothing is impossible to reach your dreams in life. I will try my very best to reach my goals and I will make my future brighter of what I always imagined. Of course, I will strengthen my faith to God and I know that He will never fail us.

Pirates of Silicon Valley

The movie entitled “Pirates of Silicon Valley” is based on the book of “Fire in the Valley: The Making of the Personal Computer “by Paul Freiberger and Michael Swaine. It was originally published back in 1984. The said book is not a computer book but rather a fascinating history of the personal computer that we are using today. The history of the personal computer comprises a series of with eccentric well-planned errors, the person behind our today’s technology that we are enjoying, for the efforts and for their amazing skills in making themselves a billionaire as well as in making the world’s industry more progressive.

1.What are the factors that contributed to the success and failure of Steve Jobs as a technopreneur?

The factors that contributed to the success of Steve Jobs as a technopreneur are the following:

· As a Technopreneur. Be Different.

Steve Jobs is a quite unique person. He is a cool guy with a great mind. He has a saying that “It’s better to pirate than joining a navy” means that we must have our own idea and we must sets in our mind that we are born not to become an employee but an employer or own a company someday. Our mind should think about the useful things that people needed or having a new invention, discovery etc. I love the way that Steve Jobs thinks. He always wanted to own and control the primary technology in everything we do. Fortunately, we can thank him for all of his achievements, contributions to our world industry and everything that he had done.

· Find your true Passion.

Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work,” says Jobs. Steve jobs was very devoted to his works and to his interests. He keeps going or shall I say he is a kind of person that is a risk taker. He does whatever he wanted and of course he did his all desire plan well. Steve Jobs knew that his future lay in the creation of things until he met Wozniak in 1968. He also knew that his invention which is personal computer will be useful to every people in this world. Despite failures such as Apple III and being fired from the company he helped found, Jobs managed to come back out on top because he knew that he didn’t want to dedicate his life to anything but his passion.

· Faith.

Though Steve Jobs was a very creative man, he did not always know what he was doing in his life. Many persons gave up on him or had a little faith on his abilities but Steve Jobs did not give up on himself. Later, he found himself pursuing avenues that he found interesting. He has a faith of believing himself that he can do whatever he wanted to have like having invention that would be more meaningful and even perhaps useful to others. He learned from his failures and he believed that everything that is happening in his life even the worse things come for a reason.

· Innovation.

“It's not about money. It's about the people you have, how you're led, and how much you get it” - Fortune, Nov. 9, 1998.

Innovation plays important role in terms of business, enterpreneurship or even technopreneurship. It distinguishes a leader from a follower. Steve Jobs as a CEO focusing not also on sales and financing but also concern with the next big thing.

So he hired people who was the brightest or who can make the best things in the world. And because of his high standards in hiring his employees, he continues to work towards ensuring Apple a place at the top of the market for years to come.

The factors that contributed to the failure of Steve Jobs as a technopreneur are the following:

· Nitpicker

Steve jobs was a conformist person who established high- standard in selecting or hiring an employee on his own company. He has a good standards but he’s too perfectionist. As what I have seen in the film “Pirates of Silicon Valley”, I laughed at the scene which is Steve Jobs(played by Noah Wyle) interviewed an applicant where he asked if he is virgin or not? It sounds so arrogant as an CEO talking like that but then I realized that the words between the lines is “if that applicant is better as what he had expected or if he had lots of experiences”. He wanted everything to be perfect. Being a nitpicker is good but too much is bad. Nobody is perfect! Right? And because of his attitude, he became effective technopreneur but the relationships between his employees are not intimate or they are not comfortable to work with Steve Jobs.

· Low Emotional Quotient and Attitude Quotient.

He was very a intelligent person which leads him to become rich and successful technopreneur. He is wise enough to have everything he have now. But when it comes to his attitude especially when he already established the Apple, he became so arrogant, demanding, hot headed and he always keep shouting to his employees even to his close friend (or maybe the things that comes on his mind is “business is business, friends are friends”) . It is good to act like that in a way that he is the boss but unconsciously, he lose his connection and weaken the relationship between his people on his own company and forget to socialize with other people.

· Self-Centered

I was very disappointed when he doubted that he was the father of his own child. His girlfriend was always there for him to support. But when Steve Jobs became successful, he denied and forgets his responsibility to his girlfriend. He prioritized his growing career rather than to start a new family. Even though, you can manage those things at the same time. He became so selfish because of being popular in the field of technology and of course he earned lots of money.

2. How do you see yourself as a technopreneur?

When it comes to business, the first thing that comes from my mind is the word entrepreneurship. Now, let me define the word entrepreneurship that found on the wikipedia. Entrepreneurship is the act of being an entrepreneur, which is a French word meaning "one who undertakes innovations, finance and business acumen in an effort to transform innovations into economic goods". This may result in new organizations or may be part of revitalizing mature organizations in response to a perceived opportunity. So the entrepreneur is the one who manage his/her business.

As years pass by, as the technology keep growing and improving until the word “technopreneurship” came up. According to Manuel Cereijo, Technopreneurship is not a product but a process of synthesis in engineering the future of a person, an organization, a nation and the world. Strategic directions or decision-making processes are becoming more demanding and complex. This requires universities, and in site professional development programs and training to produce strategic thinkers who will have skills to succeed in a rapidly changing global environment.

For my own understanding, Technopreneurship is a type of business that deals with the technology. A business that all gadgets like personal computers, laptops, cellular phones, ipads, ipods or even the having a call center are involved. Or maybe we merchandise, purchase, rent services or sell technology stuffs as what I have mentioned above. This kind of entrepreneurship helps us to become a successful someday. I said so because as we observe nowadays? Many people are getting attached to the technology in this generation. The more the customer, the more the income earned by the technopreneur.

As a student in University of Southeastern Philippines, taking up Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and now in 3rd year college and this semester I am taking up the subject course which is the IT-Elective (Technopreneurship). Honestly, it was new to me and before I don’t know that there is such thing “technopreneurship” that exists. Our instructor explained to us the importance and it is very helpful for us to build IT parks on our own city. We don’t need to work outside our region or outside the country for us to earn money. I remember that our Professor gave us a quiz about connecting the nine dots in just one stroke only. Those tricks are not just to connect all dots but there is a message behind those drawing. The meaning of it is “to go beyond the limit” or “go outside the box”. After the explanation, I realized that I should change my mindset. I should change it by making myself into an “employer” someday and not an “employee”. If all people have this kind of mindset, for sure that we have a better world that we could never imagined.

I think everybody can be a technopreneur as long as they are willing or they are interested in technopreneurship. In the first place, I really do not like involving myself to a business though my mother is a business lover (I said so because she deals different products from a networking business). Although I am already aware that being a entrepreneur is you don’t need to work hard in order to get a fixed salary. The money will come to you by itself and not just money but huge money that people always wanted to have. But still, I am not impressed. Then I realized that being a technopreneur is not just to earned but helping jobless people or to increase the employment in our country. By knowing all those things? Well, I am starting to love technopreneurship.

For now, I’m on the stage of knowing my skills and the first question that comes from my mind is if I am qualified of becoming a technopreneur? Maybe, I must develop the unknown skills of mine. It sounds so confusing right? What I mean is, I am not sure if I will become a very effective technopreneur someday. Maybe sooner or later, I can discover it while studying the Technopreneurship or by the motivation of our instructor. Anyway, I was convinced by our instructor to become a technopreneur if ever I don’t get any job after graduation. In short, I will become a technopreneur as an option.

Assuming myself as a technopreneur, I can see myself as a technopreneur by having many employees on my large company. I must plan everything on my business and not just for my own sake but for the sake of my employees. I will possess all the good traits of being a good technopreneur like being an optimistic. I must think that possible great things will surely happen on my company. The other factors that I must possess for me to become a technopreneur is to find my true passion. Being a passionate person is you have a determination to do things especially the things that you want to work with. I must inlove or devoted to the business that you are working on so that I can do whatever I want that can help the business to improve and for me to be known as a good technopreneur. Of course, I will be a good leader and be friendly to my employees. I will treat them good so that I can get a loyalty from them or they will stick to me no matter what will happen. Having a High Intelligent Quotient is useless if you have a Low Emotional or Attitude Quotient. To keep the bonding or the relationships become strong between the owner and the employees. Treat each other in a manner way and not insulting or doubting his/her skills. I will give my trust to them but not fully. As a technopreneur, I must be wise enough in handling my company or trusting people. Because in business, we don’t know all our enemies so be careful in trusting someone. Lastly, as a technopreneur... Having Faith is important... I will trust myself that I will become successful technopreneur and nothing is impossible to the person who has faith and determination.

3. Would you take the same career path that Steve Jobs took? Why or why not?

Before answering the question if I would take the same career path that Steve Jobs took. Let me describe or tell you first of what I have seen on the movie entitled “Pirates of Silicon Valley”. As what I have seen.. Steve Jobs is a college dropout when he joins with Steve Wozniak and they become activists. During that time, he stops studying then he focused himself on making all of his interests like making peculiar stuffs. He started designing, developing and assembling to create of what he called computer. When it was finished, they called it Apple Computers and earned a lot of money after he shows it to the market which leads him to build his own company. Later on, Apple was up and running while Bill Gates builds a company called Microsoft. One day, Bill Gates set a meeting with the IBM. He proposes that the Microsoft has an Operating System to sell to them but apparently they lied to the IBM. After their agreement, the dynasty of Microsoft begins. Meanwhile, Jobs also was among the first to see the potential of the mouse-driven graphical user interface which led to the creation of the Macintosh. On the story, Steve Jobs was fired as an Chief Executive Officer of Apple Computer but after 12 years he returns to Apple after its attainment of NeXT and Bill Gates appeared live via satellite to announce an alliance between Apple and Microsoft. Then that was the time, Bill Gates was the richest man of the world.

As what I observed, I can compare the flow of the life of Steve Jobs to the wheel. I said so because not all the times that he is always experiencing success in his life. He also encountered failures, disappointments and sorrows. He is good when he is on the below but when he is on up because of his creative inventions, he became rude, hot headed, nitpicker and his attitudes in dealing with other people became low. Anyway, I understand him because it is not easy to reach of what he had achieved in his life and he made efforts on it. Gladly, he really learned from all of his mistakes and I can say that Steve Jobs is a kind of person that is risk taker and wise. Speaking of being wise, Steve Jobs is a wise technopreneur but Bill Gates is wiser than him.

Steve Jobs possesses some of the technopreneurship traits. He is insanely great. He has a confident even though he wore informal dress like wearing t-shirts and shorts during office time (he act but does not look like a CEO). Though he is a college dropout, I consider him as prodigy in terms of developing technology and making our world industry more enjoyable and easier. I salute him for being creative and competitive throughout his years. Imagine? He created the apple computers by his own amazing skills and brilliant mind. I cannot imagine Steve Jobs making or assembling computers on his garage and now we can call him a multibillionaire technopreneur.

I really would like to take the same career path that Steve Jobs took. But not all of them. I will avoid the negative factors which lead him to become failure. One of it is becoming a perfectionist. Being a perfectionist is not bad but being too much of it is not healthy. Just like what happen in his story. He doubted the skills of his smart applicants. He wanted all the things to be in order. If you are going to work with him, the applicants were under pressured because Steve Jobs has a high standard in selecting his people to work on his company. The other one is when he denied his own daughter. Maybe he prioritized his works than having a family which he might believed that it will bring him down or maybe he do not know to balance things during that time. But the important thing is he tried to go back to his girlfriend to say sorry for what he had done.

Despite of his unnecessary attitude, he is still good because of his some personalities that made him to become a great and not just great but a multi–billionaire technopreneur. Aside from being unique, I would like to imitate his attitude that he gets what he wants to gets. I would also want to follow his mindset which is he only wanted to become an employer and not to become an employee. He does not also want to become in number 2 but number 1. As what I have remembered on the movie, he related himself into the binary numbers and he wanted to be in 0 (which is the 1st in the binary numbers) and the 1 is Woz. I also amazed of his determination, he worked hard to get the results that he wanted. The place of work wherein he assembles computers to the garage is never the hindrance for him to continue the work and to make his dreams as well as the dreams of his friend Woz came true. Steve Jobs is also passionate of doing all of his interest and he never gave up to reach his goals in life even he stop studying. He was very happy of what he was doing though they experienced a lot of failures because he believed that we should learn from our mistakes and failure was never be the odds in making our dream come true.

It is possible to become a multi-billionaire technopreneur someday but it is hard to become like Steve Jobs. Maybe we can be like him but nothing can replaced and forget all of his achievements and all of his contributions in our world industry that made our computer history become very fruitful. The God is really good by having a genius creation like Steve Jobs. I salute also the contribution of Bill Gates and I realized that he deserved to be called the richest man of the word. Aside from being intelligent, Bill Gates is also a good technopreneur that strategize in order to succeed.
